ABOUT ME
As a licensed psychologist in the State of New York, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients. I believe in delivering the best possible care and I have devoted my career to the training and using of cutting edge approaches backed by decades of research.
I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with with anxiety, depression, work/school/life balance and relationship difficulties using cognitive behavioral therapies.
As one of very few Thai-speaking mental health providers, I am able to provide services to the Thai community in the Tri-State Area.
SERVICES I OFFER
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy sessions are tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Sessions are dynamic and interactive with us working jointly together.

In vivo and imaginal exposure are utilized when indicated.


COUPLES THERAPY
Each person brings into the relationship a unique life history, perspectives, values, assumptions, and expectations.  I will work with you to identify thought and behavior patterns that are unproductive in your relationship so you may begin to listen and learn how to be with one another in more constructive ways.
GROUP THERAPY
Group therapy format allows patients with similar challenges to provide support to one another as they implement new tools and more effective habits. Past and current group topics include:
Living with social anxiety
Body image and weight management (with a registered dietitian)
Back to basics--how to stress-less

SUPERVISION & CONSULTATION
Supervision and consultation are available to advanced graduate students as well as mental health professionals looking to develop their competence in the theory and application of cognitive behavioral approaches.
